Issue Summary

When editing the Issue Source from any Plan, the ‘Issues Without Parent Epics’ checkbox will be always ticked, even if you uncheck it and saved this configuration.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create or Edit a Plan
2. Go to the “Confirm what’s in scope” section
3. Uncheck the ‘Issues Without Parent Epics’ box.
4. Save
5. Go back to edit the Issue Source once again and you'll see the 'Issues Without Parent Epics’ box ticked.

Expected Results

'Issues Without Parent Epics’ box is unchecked

Actual Results

'Issues Without Parent Epics’ box is ticked

Workaround

Uncheck the checkbox and Save it again if you notice new issues not covered by epics appearing on your plan
