Issue Summary

For some customers, their Advanced Roadmaps plan page loads everything except the issues scope.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a plan page

Expected Results

1. The plan header shows and after a while the loading state of the roadmaps tab content gets replaced with the actual issues of that plan

Actual Results

1. The loading state remains active, issue data never renders

Workaround

Clearing the browser's local storage resolves the issue, check this page on how to do this for Chrome.
