Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a JPO Plan
 - Tries to access the plan
 
Expected Results:
The plan would load normally.
Actual Results:
A blank page shows up. On the web inspector we can see the following:
Uncaught QuotaExceededError: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage': Setting the value of 'radiantminds.roadmap.plan-3.reports-releases.activeView' exceeded the quota.
Workaround:
- Go to chrome://settings/cookies
 - Search for the plan URL
 - Find "local storage", click remove
