Issue Summary

Advanced Roadmaps plan includes more issues than selected during plan creation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 3 issues and close one
2. Create a filter that returns the 3
3. Create plan
4. Select 1 issue
5. Load the plan and the issue completed will be displayed without being selected

Expected Results

Only selected issues are displayed

Actual Results

Done issues are not displayed during plan creation and so they are not excluded.

Workaround

Update the plan to not display done issues or update the plan's filter to exclude the same.
