Description of Problem

The "Creating and deleting a plan" documentation provides the following steps for creating a plan:

1. In your JIRA application go to Portfolio and click Create plan.
2. Select the Live Plans template.

There is no longer any option to "Select the Live Plans template".

Suggested Change:

Update steps to the following:

1. In your JIRA application go to Portfolio and click Create plan.
2. Enter a name for your plan and click Next.
