Issue Summary

Customized parent link field not associated with all issue types on hierarchycal levels in AR, led the parent link relation to stop working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Associate multiple issue types at different levels in your AR Hierarchy
2. Create at least two custom fields for parent linking
3. Associate one of these cf for one issue type only.

Expected Results

You see the issues under the "Child issues" panel as expected.

Actual Results

On the parent issue, you can't see the child issues panel anymore

Workaround

Check the parent link Custom field and edit its context to be available in any issue type in all projects.
