Opening JIRA's "Create Issue" dialog fails

      Summary

      • User are unable to create or link issue using portfolio using Portfolio's "Create and link issues" feature
      • The following error are shown: 
        Cannot read property 'CreateIssueModel' of undefined
TypeError: Cannot read property 'CreateIssueModel' of undefined

      Notes

      A confirmed Bug, fix is on its way

      Workaround

      • Manually activate JIRA's "Create issue" dialog immediately before using Portfolio's "Create and link issues" feature (this forces the missing JavaScript resources to be loaded before Portfolio tries to use them). It must be done from within the same browser tab, and will only work until the page is refreshed/closed.
