Currently, issues that break the traditional hierarchy (at the Epic level) will not display sub-tasks underneath an Epic, and instead show them as an issue without a parent. There is no current way to still nest a sub-task underneath an Epic, and users may benefit from being able to do so should their project/business needs call for it.

With this feature implemented, users should be able in some way, nest any issue underneath any other issue as needed, or at least enable a "sandbox" toggle within advanced roadmaps that allows any issue to be nested underneath any other issue, which can be disabled or enabled depending on what the plan may need.
