We released a new integration for our Better PDF Exporter app that is useful for exporting Portfolio items to custom PDF reports. At the moment, it primarily focuses on custom exports, not exporting the built-in Portfolio reports.

It is already available for all Jira Cloud instances, give it a try.

Please make sure you don't forget about Portfolio when thinking about better reporting - please don't just do it for cire JIRA

Exporting richer report can be very helpful. It will be great if it can export the current reports in pdf or word format with the same look as it is in JIRA portfolio

Ultimately we are struggling with getting an overall picture of plan progress each time we perform update from date. Ideally a report/dashboard showing each epic/story with estimates for each date the plan was updated so we can get an idea of progress. From an executive perspective it is nearly impossible to get a simple view of progress to plan.

As Julie Recker said, when reviewing plans with executives, it would be expedient to have exportable formats to share and discuss.

The graphical schedule is a nice start, though we need to be able to see the data behind it easily. A table based interpretation of the graphical is a key starting point to enable our company to use this tool. We need to see the start/end date, team(s) assigned, toggle view of individual resources on/off.

Export will also be helpful to customize reports to the needs of senior leadership.

Exporting reports would be very valuable for reporting portfolio data out to our senior leadership.
