Make saved views available to all Plans

      Problem summary

      In Advanced Roadmap Plans, you have the option to create Saved views that can be managed and used by all users within the Plan and made the default view.

      Proposed solution

      As an admin, there should be an option in the Manage views to make this default view available on other Plans making it global and not just Plan specific.
