As an Advanced Roadmaps user, I want to enforce the start date and/or end date of the issues

      Currently, every time you click the "Auto-schedule" button, in-progress issues are re-scheduled and the start and end dates are updated.

      As an Advanced Roadmaps user, I want to have a way to keep (or enforce) the original start and/or end dates when hitting the auto-schedule button.
