Add the possibility to choose whether if parents would inherit child issues dependencies. For example:

• Epic has a child Story1.
• Story1 is being blocked by Story2.
  This meas indirectly Epic is blocked by Story2 (which is not necessarily a child of Epic).

Ideally, it would be beneficial to show what is blocking the issue indirectly in the roadmap without having to navigate to the whole navigation tree.
