Issue type auto-translation is not working on Plan

      Issue Summary

      The issue types, priorities, and statuses are not translated on every screen/page and are very inconsistent while working with Plan.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the Plan page.
      2. Click on create issue from timeline of Plan.

      Expected Results

      The auto-translation for issue type works.

      Actual Results

      it displays English name of issue type.
