Issue Summary

When a dependency is created using the + sign from the timeline of an issue, the dependency created is always a badge, even when the settings for dependency is set as lines in Jira plan. Also clicking on view dependency as lines does not work on these.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 3 issues one epic and two stories.
2. Have one story linked to the epic with any issue link type.
3. Now access these issues through a plan
4. Create a timeline for both of the stories
5. Now create a dependency by using the + sign on the time line of the 2nd story
6. Set the dependency style as lines under view settings in plan

Expected Results

All the dependency should be shown as lines

Actual Results

The dependency created from the plans using the + sign always shows as badges.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
