A user should be able to choose the maximum value of the Y-axis of the Cumulative Flow Diagram to display for clarity purposes.

A simple but effective use case is this:

1. Imagine having a CFD with the following parts: Part1.PNG and Part2.PNG
2. In Part2.PNG, because of that single line in which the data spikes up, the scale of the Y-Axis stretches up to a very high number.
3. This causes the other parts of the graph to be too small to view properly, as we can see in Part1.PNG. The only workaround is to manually zoom the browser itself.
