Summary

In its current state, Plan level permissions consist of either View plan or Edit plan with no possibility of restricting specific actions such as saving changes, changing team capacity and various others.

Proposed solution

Apply an Advanced Roadmaps restricted user permission so that the Plan level access can be more granular to specify who has access the certain actions, particularly:

• Saving changes
• Configure Plan settings
• Plan specific Team management
• Auto-scheduling
• Export and Share
