Restrict field editing in Plan based on configured Edit Screen

      Summary

      Plan does not follow the configured 'Edit Screen', hence there is no method to restrict which fields are editable. This would lead to fields that are not editable in Jira Core/Software view (due to the Screen) to be editable in Plan. Restricting the Edit Permission in Plan would lead to all the fields becoming uneditable.

      The field is uneditable in Plan, just how it is configured in the 'Edit Screen'

      Actual Results

      The field is editable in Plan
