Currently as per the documentation here: Add a dependency , users can create a dependency link between 2 issues by "drag and drop" feature.

However, the way the default link type currently chosen depends on the order of issue link types defined in the global page of your site : https://<site name>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewLinkTypes!default.jspa

For example lets say the order is as below in the global page

• Blocked by
• Depends on
• Relates to
• Is tested by

Now, if the Advanced roadmap plan settings have the following dependency links defined.

• Relates to
• Depends on

When we drag and drop a dependency in Plan's timeline, then by default it will take "Depends on". Thats because its the first one in the order of sequence in the issue link type global page.

It would be great if users have a configuration to define the default link type for Plans when they drag and drop.
