API call to update / create issue types in a Team Managed Project

      Issue Summary

      Customers are able to create issue types for company managed projects using one of our Endpoints, but they are not able to do this with Team Managed Projects. We would benefit with an official API call to modify Team Managed projects.

      Customers would be looking to achieve endpoints to do the following:

      • create issue types for Team Managed Projects
      • update the issue types in Team Managed Projects
