Issue: If you set a rule(Remind people to update empty fields) in a TeamMannaged workflow to make it mandatory to have some value in the assignee field, at this moment a user can bypass this rule by selecting the 'unassigned' value for the assignee field.

Suggested resolution: The system should not accept 'unassigned' as a valid non-empty value for the workflow rule in the TeamManaged project.
