Summary: When you are cloning an issue, if you highlight text and release the click outside of the modal, it will close. This requires you to need to be cognizant of letting go of the mouse click within the modal. This is annoying when the text is longer and requires a scroll.

Steps to repro:

1. Open an issue
2. Select the ellipses icon
3. Select `Clone` 
4. Click and hold in the summary (to highlight text)
5. Move your mouse outside of this modal and let go

Expected behavior: The modal is not closed and the text remains highlighted

Actual Behavior: The modal is closed

In my opinion, this is a bug report and/or seems unintentional but it looks like it required me to have my admin submit the bug, which seemed very cumbersome for a low priority issue. So, this could be considered a feature 😊.
