Ability to choose the parent link based on a grandparent - Cascading Hierarchical parent link

      Problem

      Having the following hierarchy:

      1. Program
      2. Initiatives
      3. Epic
      4. Story
      5. Subtask

      The user have a massive list of Initiatives in the Parent Link field when creating an Epic

      Suggested Solution

      Ability to set a Parent Link based on a "Grandparent", or a Program in this specific scenario.

      The intention is to have in the UI of the issue view a cascading hierarchical Parent Link field, very similar to what we have in the Advanced Roadmaps plan:

       

      Why This Is Important

      If the site have a massive number of issues available in the Parent Link would be much easier for the user to go to the grandparent first and then see only the subset underneath instead of scroll through a tones of possible parents.
