Issue Summary
On recent Chrome versions (Macbook: Version 101.0.4951.54 (Official Build) (x86_64) and Chrome for Desktop 100.0.4896.127, on Windows 10.0.19044 Build 19044), scrolling long Jira Software backlogs appears to lag and takes a few attempts of dragging the scroll bar down to get to the bottom.
Steps to Reproduce
- Instance should have a large kanban or sprint backlog.
- Scroll down from top to bottom while holding the scroll bar.
Expected Results
Every issue should be displayed in one smooth top to bottom drag of the scroll bar.
Actual Results
Scroll bar stops midway and lags and doesn't display the issues below. Re-clicking and dragging the scroll bar down works instead.

Workaround
Multiple attempts at dragging the scroll bar down does reveal all the issues in backlogs.
