Issue Summary

When an issue is ranked (drag and drop) in the project backlog, the scrolling position of the screen is altered. This causes inconvenience as the users are not able to confirm if the issue has been placed in the correct position in the backlog.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a Jira project (I used Kanban template for the reproduction)
• Create about 10 issues in the backlog
• From board settings, in the card layout config, add upto 3 fields to be displayed in the backlog issues
• Go back to the backlog, drag and drop the last issue order to 1 or multiple issues up

Expected Results

Users are able to drag and drop issues in the project backlog and are able to confirm the position of the issue placed without the window scrolling position being altered.

Actual Results

The screen scroll position is altered each time an issue is dragged and dropped in the project backlog.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
