Issue Summary
When attempting to reorder issues in a backlog, the user encounters an "Issues can’t be manually ranked" error. The message states that the board's query isn’t sorted by rank which is not true as the board uses the default rank field:

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a custom select field named Rank
- Navigate to a Board where the filter was ordered by Rank
- Navigate to the backlog and attempt to move an issue up or down on the backlog order
Expected Results
Users should not encounter any errors while reordering the issues.
Actual Results
When attempting to move an issue up or down on the backlog, they receive the following error:

Workaround
Either rename the secondary Rank field to a unique name or reconfigure the board filter to utilize the Rank field with the custom field id.
