Problem

If any step of the pipeline before release is run manually, the release will not show up in Jira.

Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

• Select Build as the Source type
• Run the build manually instead of getting triggered automatically by a commit

Expected Results

The release should appear in Jira

Actual Results

The release does not appear in Jira

Workaround

Have a continuous trigger enabled on that build source
