Add the Issue Security Level field to mobile apps (iOS/Android) for Jira Cloud

      Hi,

      As is: currently the issue security level field in mobile apps for Jira Cloud are not available, even though this field is set up in the browser version.

      To be: it would be great to have the ability to select issue security level in mobile apps, too.
