Problem Definition
The user is trying to synchronize JIRA Software release with the linked issues in JIRA Service Desk. Currently they are unable to have some form of trigger action from the Release section of a Software Project, whenever a version is released in JIRA Software, the system updates the linked issues in JIRA Service Desk and e.g. (It sends a special queue of released issues)
Suggested Solution
User would like to automate this process so that Customer Service gets automated updates whenever an issue is released and it notifies the customers in JIRA Service Desk environment.
Why this is important
This will allow a smoother communication between the customer and the user's production, to keep the customer's updated equally and a better back and forth between customer being informed and the production being released.
