Issue Summary

The inline creation is not available on the boards from Team-managed projects when the setting Allow unassigned issues is OFF, even though the default assignee is NOT unassigned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Jira Settings > System
2. Check if Allow unassigned issues is OFF
   1. If it is ON, click on Edit Settings at the top of the page to update the value to OFF
   2. Click on Update at the bottom of the page to save the changes
3. Go to any team-managed project Backlog or Board
4. The inline creation of issues is not possible

Expected Results

The inline creation should be available even when Allow unassigned issues is OFF, as it already happens for company-managed projects:

Workaround - set Allow unassigned issues back to ON

Set the Allow unassigned issues back to ON

1. Go to Jira Settings > System
2. Click on Edit Settings at the top of the page
3. Look for Allow unassigned issues and update the value to ON
4. Click on Update at the bottom of the page to save the changes

Additional workaround - create issues by clicking in the Create button

Create the issues as usual, by clicking in the Create button on the top of the page.
