Release notes cant be saved

      Summary

      When release notes are edited and configured, they are not saved. It resets back to the default

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to project
      2. Click Releases
      3. Add a new release or click on an existing release
      4. Click release notes
      5. Edit the release note text
      6. Click "Configure release notes"
      7. Select version and style
      8. Click Create

      Expected Result

      The changes made should be updated.

      Actual results

      Nothing happens, it goes back to the default text.
