Document Approvers methods for Project Version APIs

      There are several APIs related to Project Versions and its releases but none of them has a PUT/POST method.

      However, we can see a GET endpoint in the Get project versions that return an array containing the approvers.

      The Approvers are not included in migrations, JSWCLOUD-27427, so it would be useful to have a documented POST endpoint for this entity as a post-migration fix / workaround.
