As a project administrator, I would like the ability to create a default list of approvers for releases that would apply to any new release as it is created. We have 10 approvers for releases, and that list does not change frequently. This feature would allow for the ability to set up a list of those approvers so that when a new release is created, they would automatically be added as approvers to the new release.

This is related to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-27003, but that request is to enhance the "Release Created" automation trigger. That is a backend solution to the problem, which is also helpful as there may be certain circumstances where someone who is not a default approver should be added as an approver. Both features are beneficial to rounding out the approver functionality.
