Support linking issues to Related Work items via REST API

      Issue Summary

      Currently, it is only possible to link issues with Version's related work items via the Jira User Interface.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new Version via API
      2. Create a new Related work specifying an issue id or update a Related work to include an issue id via API.

      Expected Results

      To be able to link issues to a Related work item in a release version via API. As well as have an updated documentation on these Related work REST API calls.

      Actual Results

      Current Create related work or Update related work REST API calls will not allow issue linking.

      Workaround

      Currently it is only possible to do it via the Jira Cloud User Interface
