Summary

Unable to reorder releases when it requires a scroll down on the page. Update: the same behavior also occur on a project's "Version" settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the releases tab of your project.
2. Create as many necessary releases to see the scroll bar.
3. Try to reorder the releases that you only see after scroll down the bar.

Actual Result

We should be able to reorder any releases under the releases tab.

Expected Result

We cannot reorder releases when it requires a scroll down on the page.

Workaround

Zoom out the page till you don't see the scroll bar.
 You can make the view way smaller with Chrome Developer tools and Display's resolution setting (up to your OS):
