Use JIRA look & feel (custom colours) in HTML emails

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      JIRA's HTML emails use the default colours regardless of how JIRA's look & feel settings are configured. We should optionally allow custom colours to be used.
