Releasing a version with unresolved issues, no other unreleased version, and without selecting the radio button errors out.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have only 1 unreleased version.
2. Have unresolved issues on the version to release.
3. Try to release the version, without selecting the radio button.

Expected Results

Version should be released without errors, or with a explicit error message.

Workaround

Ensure the radio button is selected before hitting Release.

Suggestion

The radio button to "Ignore and proceed with the release - there are no other unreleased fix versions available." should be auto-selected and locked in this case.
