Issue Summary

The drag and drop feature in Jira does not work when the length of the destination is beyond the screen.

Environment

Jira cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a project and select 'Releases'
2. Select to display 'Released', 'Unreleased' and 'Archived' versions (all statuses)
3. Attempt to drag one of the top 17 versions to a location below the top 17th (The drop should be off-screen).

Expected Results

The version is correctly placed into the new location

Actual Results

Releasing the version below this point will cause the version to jump back to its original location

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
