Support Rich Text custom field formatting render on card layout

      Problem

      While adding fields to cards on boards is possible, Paragraph (supports rich text) custom fields formatting doesn't render on issue cards.

      Suggested resolution

      Supports the formatting render of Paragraph (supports rich text) custom fields. Same as with the Description system field.
