Ability to reset the character limit on the summary field

      Problem:

      Currently, the configured maximum character limit on the summary field while creating issues is 255 characters. This is a static hard limit and is not configurable at the moment.

      Suggested Solution

      Ability to increase the character limit of the Summary field. 

      Why This Is Important

      Help the user create Summary with more than 255 characters if required.
