Issue Summary

Custom avatars for issue types display as 32x32 instead of the default 16x16 in Deployments.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a custom avatar to an issue type
2. Perform a deployment process in your code repository to make an issue appear in Deployments
3. If you compare the sizes of avatars for issues using custom vs default issue type avatars, you'll see the custom ones are twice as big (32x32 instead of 16x16)

Expected Results

All avatars should have the same size on the screen.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
