      When choosing an Environment from the dropdown menu, several choices are made simultaneously and some environments are repeated.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the Deployments screen.
      2. Select an environment from the environment dropdown.

      Expected Results

      • A single environment is selected.
      • No duplicate environments.

      Actual Results

      • Multiple environments are selected although selecting a single environment.
      • Duplicate environments exist.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
