The customer that has many installed apps could have difficulty identifying which users access a specific app. I could be helpful if the system could have more details app. 

As a Jira Admin, I'd like to know:

• What users are using add-ons that we are being charged for?
• When was the last time they used it?
• When did we start using it?
• When was it downloaded and used?

All the above requirements will help customers to identify and manage the third apps usage.
