Issue Summary
When a filter that is used in a Board is deleted, the Board stops working and the following message is shown:
"Board not found
You tried to access a board that doesn't exist or that you don't have permission to see."
This message can be misleading.
Jira already prevents users from deleting Filters used in Boards, but this can be done through Marketplace Apps.
Suggestion
In cases where the Board is inaccessible because the Filter was deleted, display a more explicit message, something like:
"Board not found
The Filter "Filter Name" used by this Board was deleted, recreate the filter to access the Board."
