Issue Summary

In classic projects when the URL loads the segment "useStoredSettings=true" while Switching between boards the board doesn't load.

This could also happen to some dashboard gadget links but not on all sites.
E.g. In a Days Remaining in Sprint Gadget when clicking on the board links it loads the segment "useStoredSettings=true".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch between boards from the board left panel
2. When one has in the URL the segment "useStoredSettings=true" the board doesn't load

Expected Results

The boards should load normally

Actual Results

The board doesn't load and the page stays blank

Workaround

Remove from the URL the "useStoredSettings=true" segment
