Issue Summary

Applying a quick filter at the backlog changes the count of issues on backlog section

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a backlog on Agile board (Scrum or Kanban)
2. Apply a quick filter like (Assigned to me)

Expected Results

It should return at least the number of issues that are returned by the filter

Actual Results

It renders the quick filter but the number of items on backlog changes to a higher number

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
