Issue Summary

The quick filter bar keeps disappearing and does not retain.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the agile board
2. Drop-down the quick filter menu
3. Click the quick-filter option at the bottom (to show the quick filter buttons).
4. Click one of the buttons
5. Wait for the board to update

Expected Results

The quick filter buttons remain visible.

Actual Results

The quick filter buttons disappear.

Workaround

To turn the Quick Filter on from View Settings.
