Performance issue when applying quick filters in the Jira Board (Kanban or Scrum)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Board having custom fiters
2. Applying [Filter X] takes around 11 seconds for me
3. Quick filter changes took around 13 seconds for the customer in the recording

Expected Results

Filter should be applied quickly

Actual Results

Filter might take more than 15 seconds to take effect on the board

Workaround

Please use assignee avatars as a workaround for filtering the board if your custom filter is on User
