Issue Summary

When the board has the 'Hide completed issues older than' option enabled, the board filter doesn't specify any projects, and all the issues are completed older than the period set, the board keeps loading forever.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the board filter without any specific project (e.g "issuetype = bug");
2. Set the 'Hide completed issues older than' to 1 week or more;
3. All the issues from this board filter should be completed over the period set on 'Hide completed issues older than' setting
4. Go back to the board and check that the board keeps loading.

Expected Results

The board should load without issues even with the above-described settings.

Actual Results

The board keeps loading forever.

Workaround

As a workaround for this behavior, the 'Hide completed issues older than' option should be set to 'Never mind, show all' and the board will load as expected once again.
