- Create project "QA" and "TST"
- Add 1 issue to each project
- Open a new browser window and navigate to configure repositories page.
- Add public repo "https://github.com/farmas/TestRepo-QA" on both clients at the same time (as close together as possible)
Expected: a) Both repos to complete their syncs with the same commit counts, b) Second add to fail stating that there is already a sync operation under way.
Actual: The commit counts are incorrect.
