Issue Summary

Kanban Jira Board will keep spinning/loading in case there are no statuses mapped to any columns

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clear all your statuses mapped on your board columns.
2. Try to open either your Backlog or Board.
3. It will keep spinning and won't provide you any reasons why it is not loading.

Jira Board without Statuses mapped in any columns:

Board won't load and it will eventually display some errors that don't help at all.

Expected Results

Either the board should load normally, or at least provide a message informing why it is not loading.

Actual Results

The board does not load at all. It simply keeps spinning and won't return any specific errors.

Workaround

Map any status to any column in your board, that should fix this situation.
